I remember driving these long windy roads
To just come to tell you I miss you
Your home was my home
I came there to escape what was in my head
You were the only one in my head
You snapped one day and that was it
You were gone, gone from my life
Now you’re with her and you’re happy as can be
I’m glad that you are doing well
But what about me?
Do you remember us?
Probably not because I was just there
I was just a stepping stone
But you took so much of my time and I can’t get that back
We had such good memories
They’re all just memories now that are in the back of my head
Hope you are happy
Hope you love her
Wish you the best
I’ll just sit here and wait for my time
My time for love
My time for happiness
My time for what you have.
